Terms of Service

Test Drive connects products with builders who test them and publish honest reviews on X. The service is in beta: features may change, break, or be withdrawn, and the service is provided as-is, without warranties. We may suspend or stop the service, in whole or in part, while it is in beta.

• Sign up with accurate details and keep them current.
• Keep your password to yourself; what happens under your account is your responsibility.
• One person, one account. An X identity can back only one driver.
• You must be old enough to form a binding agreement where you live to use Test Drive.

Test Drive exists for honest, first-hand reviews. Reviews may be positive, mixed, or critical — positivity is never required, and nobody may require it of you. In return, you agree that what you publish reflects your real experience with the product: no fabricated claims, no undisclosed conflicts of interest, and no publishing on behalf of someone else.

Taking part in a Test Drive is unpaid unless a specific Test Drive states its own published terms.

Reviews are published on your own X account and remain yours, governed by X's terms. You allow Test Drive to link to them, display them, and show excerpts alongside the Test Drive they belong to.

• No attempts to manipulate rankings, verification, or review outcomes.
• No unlawful, deceptive, or abusive use of the service.
• No probing, disrupting, or overloading the service or its infrastructure.

You can delete your account at any time — the delete my data page describes how. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, misuse the service, or put other users at risk. Where reasonable, we will say why.

To the extent the law allows, Fuchs Logic LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from a beta service provided free of charge. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If we change them in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top; continuing to use Test Drive after a change means accepting the updated terms. Questions go through the contact page.
