Made a 5-sec video in 2 mins without knowing how to animate Downloaded MiniMax Design (design.minimax.io) desktop app using the free credits for 3 days Prompted "TestDrive car drifting through neon Tokyo, rain" and got a clip back crazy fast The motion stayed smooth and car mascot didn't melt, most free video tools warp the car. Export was 1080p, no watermark For quick product clips it's actually usable, not just demo via @Hailuo_AI

Rewarded TestDrive of MiniMax Design by @Hailuo_AI with @testdriveso Installed the Windows app and asked for one 6s clip: a robot hand taps RUN AGENT on a trading terminal, red candles flip green, slow push-in The agent rewrote my one paragraph into a 1,745-character shot spec before generating, then ran it on MiniMax H3 in 16:9, 2K Candles flipping green, the push-in and the neon light all landed The miss: "RUN AGENT" ended up printed on the side of the laptop, not on a key, and my "small" robot hand fills half the frame New accounts get 3,000 free credits, a rerun of this clip costs 720
View on XEpisode 5 of The Arena is here, and my little robots have officially entered their villain era 🥊 Made this 38-second animated episode using MiniMax Design by @Hailuo_AI! I wanted a cinematic boxing arena where one nervous robot waits for a challenger, and another shows up ready to fight 😂 What impressed me was the dramatic lighting, expressive characters, and how the arena actually feels like a movie set. One thing I'd improve is character consistency between shots. Keeping the same look across scenes still takes some effort. As a solo founder creating content for my SaaS, I love being able to experiment with storytelling like this. Here's what I made 👇
View on XJust downloaded the MiniMax Design desktop app by @Hailuo_AI and it's a completely new way to generate AI video It’s not just a basic prompt box You direct AI agents that handle everything from storyboarding to final cuts in a continuous workflow I generated a short clip, and the ability to combine skills for commercial ads or 3D animations is super powerful It’s available for Mac and Windows and new users get 3,000 bonus credits for free for the first 3 days
View on XI had a good time exploring MiniMax Design. I enjoyed its text-to-video feature and how it transforms written descriptions into moving visuals. It was nice seeing an idea go from words to video. It's a useful tool for anyone who enjoys experimenting with AI content @Hailuo_AI

View on XTook a futuristic car concept from imagination to video with MiniMax Design. I enjoyed experimenting with the camera angles and cinematic scenes. It made visual storytelling interesting without needing to animate everything manually. Worth exploring @Hailuo_AI
View on Xgave minimax design a try to create a short video, and i enjoyed experimenting with the idea and seeing it come to life. the process of turning a text prompt into a video makes it interesting, especially when you’re trying to create something without going through a complicated editing process. i’d like to explore more styles and see how well it handles different prompts. overall, it’s a fun tool to experiment with for quick creative content. made with minimax design. lovely tool @Hailuo_AI
View on XI tried MiniMax Design by @Hailuo_AI, and one thing I enjoyed was how easily I could turn a simple idea into a short video. I didn't need to understand animation or figure out complicated editing steps before getting started. I described what I wanted, let the tool work on it, and got to see my idea take shape. What stood out to me was how much of the creative process the tool handles for you. I can see this being useful for creators who want to experiment with video content without starting from scratch every time. Definitely a tool worth exploring. @testdriveso
View on XTried MiniMax Design App looks clean and well designed. Didn’t feel complicated at all after installing, pretty straightforward to use Only annoying part: didn’t get any free credits. Went through the full download and install, then nothing. That was disappointing Interface is solid though. Just the credits thing needs fixing @Hailuo_AI
View on XCooked this 15-second Crypto Alpha brand film using MiniMax Design by @Hailuo_AI, and I must say, the result came out pretty good. I wanted something that blends real-world crypto trading scenes with colourful animations, motion graphics and a cinematic feel. It brought the different scenes together, from trading charts to the animated world and final Crypto Alpha branding. An improvement I’d love to see is faster video generation. The results are worth exploring, but shorter waiting times would make the creative process much smoother. Overall, I enjoyed experimenting with this tool.
View on XJust created a few-second video using Minimax by @Hailuo_AI from a single prompt and it came out pretty well. It just needs to improve the smoothness of its motion. Also, it would be great if there were a web version available.
View on XRewarded TestDrive of MiniMax Design by @Hailuo_AI with @testdriveso Tried MiniMax Design on Windows and used it to turn a simple idea into a 6-second video. What caught my attention was how the agent expanded my short prompt into a detailed shot plan before generating the clip. The final video got most of what I wanted right, from the red candles turning green to the camera movement. It wasn't perfect though. Some details, like the RUN AGENT text placement and the size of the robot hand, missed my instructions. Still, I enjoyed seeing how much of the video creation process it could handle from one prompt.
