twinfold is an interesting tool for mac users who want to free up storage without deleting files. i like the idea of finding identical files and using apfs clones to reduce duplicated storage while keeping files in their original locations. for developers with multiple project copies, this could be especially useful. my scan showed some files that could be freed up. i’d love to see the app notarized by apple to make installation feel safer and more straightforward. lovely tek @himanshutwtxs

Test Drive brief
Run TwinFold's scan (https://himanshu-sangshetti.github.io/twinfold/) on one dev folder and share how much space it says you could free. Share your experience and honest review. Mac only, macOS 14 or later. TwinFold is not notarized yet, so macOS shows a warning: install only if you are comfortable. Tag @himanshutwtxs.

I tried using TwinFold by @himanshutwtxs to scan a dev folder for reclaimable space and It reported that I could free up to 32GB without manually digging through all my files This is a very useful tool for spotting wasted storage in dev folders without going through much stress
